Megan Norosky

Megan is a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) candidate at Yorkville University. She is a student member in good standing with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology, with a minor in Sociology, from the University of Manitoba. 

With over 15 years of experience in emergency services, including crisis intervention, peer support, and wellness initiatives, Megan brings a wealth of hands-on experience and has the skills to work with diverse populations and navigate complex emotional situations with sensitivity and care.

Megan is dedicated to fostering resilience and healing, taking a holistic, biopsychosocial perspective that acknowledges the mind, body, and spirit in the journey toward well-being. 

Megan’s background has prepared her to work with clients of all ages and address a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioural disorders, grief, chronic illness, stress, life transitions, self-esteem, and more.
