The Being Me Program is available through one on one sessions for personalized support, classroom facilitation for group learning and shared growth, and soon through a digital format that will make these tools even more accessible to families everywhere.

Turning Big Scares Into Brave Moments

Cindy and Cristabelle are two fainting goats with big worries!

Even though life at Lil' Steps Farm is safe and full of caring friends, the goats spend so much time thinking about what might happen that they forget to enjoy what's happening right now. As their worries grow bigger and bigger, they aren't sure how to calm their busy minds.

Thankfully, they have Wilbert the Pig. With patience and wisdom, Wilbert teaches Cindy and Cristabelle how to slow down, notice the world around them, and regulate their big feelings. Through simple mindfulness and grounding practices, the goats discover that while worries may come and go, there are always reasons to feel safe, connected, and joyful.

A heartwarming story about anxiety, emotional regulation, and finding calm in the present moment.
