No. All clients of our practice are self-referred. Simply complete our Self Referral Form for Therapy to schedule an appointment with a Lil' Therapist.

Our fees vary from $90-$135 per hour depending on the service. You can download our Fees & Cancelation Policy on our website.

If a cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours' notice, this is considered a late cancellation and we will charge the full fee of the appointment. If the session is not cancelled but you do not show, this is considered a missed appointment and we will charge the full fee in this case, as well.

First, you will need to download the Referral Form for Therapy for Adults or for Children/youth. Complete the fillable form, save to your computer, and email to director@lilstepswellness.com. We will be in touch with you to schedule your first meeting.
