B.A. Psych, MSc AHS, MACP (cand.)
Location: Winnipeg & St.Malo
Jazmin is currently completing her Master of Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and is working as a Counselling Intern. She is passionate about creating a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, feel heard, and be accepted as they are.
Jazmin’s approach is collaborative, curious, and strengths based. She believes that each person is the expert in their own life and works alongside clients to support self-exploration, build on existing strengths, and move toward meaningful, self-directed change. Her work is grounded in a trauma-informed lens and guided by a deep respect for each individual’s unique identity and lived experience.
She draws from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Adlerian therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), while thoughtfully incorporating elements of narrative therapy and attachment theory.
Jazmin is interested in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, relationships, life transitions, self-esteem, depression, ADHD, grief, and other life experiences. She brings openness, compassion, and genuine curiosity into her work, offering both support and gentle guidance as clients explore what feels most important to them.
