Is your child or teen experiencing increased stress or anxiety triggered by worry, fear, or chronic stress?
Our two-day Being Me Camp is a therapeutic day camp designed to help children and teens understand how stress and anxiety affect their body and brain. Guided by our intern therapists and supported by our beloved Lil’ Animal Co-workers, campers learn age appropriate, healthy coping strategies they can use long after camp ends.
Through fun, movement-based activities, games, and hands-on experiences, campers build emotional awareness, confidence, and practical tools to help regulate their nervous system and manage big feelings in everyday life.
This camp includes an interactive coping Toolkit that brings learning to life. Campers will use Piggy Belly Breath Bubbles, Muddy Puddy, the Goat Worry Box, and, of course, Wilbert the Squishy. Each tool connects directly to the strategies taught throughout camp and is thoughtfully tailored to each age group. Because learning how to cope should feel safe, engaging, and even a little bit fun.
CAMP DATES: July 23 & 24, 2026
AGES: 6 to 14
