Hayley is a registered social worker who supports children and youth through the big feelings and challenges that can come with growing up. She helps young people navigate anxiety, friendships, confidence, emotional regulation, life changes, and family experiences, including sibling relationships and having a sibling with additional support needs.

At the heart of Hayley’s practice is the belief that children are inherently worthy, capable, and doing the best they can with the skills, support, and resources available to them. She sees behaviour as communication and believes every child has a story worth understanding. Her role is to create a space where children feel safe to understand themselves, discover their strengths, and grow.

Relationships are foundational to Hayley’s work. She moves at the speed of trust, taking time to build a connection where children and youth feel safe, seen, accepted, and valued as they are.

Hayley’s approach is relational, creative, and centred on the connection between the body and emotions. She draws on play, art, nature, mindfulness, and somatic practices to help children explore their inner world.

Before becoming a social worker, Hayley spent many years teaching yoga, meditation, and breathwork. That experience continues to shape her understanding of the connection between the body, emotions, and nervous system. She incorporates grounding, breath, movement, and body awareness to help children and teens build tools for regulation, self awareness, and resilience.

Hayley’s work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside children, youth, and families as they build connection, confidence, and trust in themselves.
