What is Anxiety, Worry, and Fear and is it Normal?
Lesson Objective
The goal of Session two is to learn about stress, worry, anxiety, and fear and why we experience them.
We will discover how the emotions/feelings (discussed in the last session (angry, sad, disappointed, frustrated, embarrassed, nervous, etc.) are connected to our worries. This is normal, we all have worries. It can become a problem, however, if it starts to interfere with our day-to-day life like school, work, relationships, etc.
