Welcome to Session Four

Identifying Worry and Fear in the Body

Lesson Objective

The goal of Session Four is to understand how anxiety feels and is experienced in the body. When the brain detects danger or perceived danger, anxiety will first be felt in the body. When understanding the way the body responds to real or perceived danger, the student will feel a better sense of empowerment and a greater sense of control of their body to be able to respond quickly and more effectively.
