Coming Soon! The Being Me Program Virtual
Lil’ Steps Wellness Farm is excited to launch our new school-based program, The Being Me Program!
This program is based on our children’s Storybook and activity booklet “Cindy and Cristabelle’s Big Scare”. The Being Me Program provides education around understanding anxiety and teaches evidence-based strategies to help foster positive mental well-being in children and youth.

TOOLS

What People Are Saying
“The Being Me Program not only benefits the children it is helping at school, it also has an impact on the entire family. My daughter brings home her strategies and shares them with us and her siblings with excitement and achievement. When your children are excited and looking forward to their time with Lucy at school, it puts a smile on your face and theirs”.
— Rene, parent
“My daughter especially looked forward to the school days when Mme Lucy was coming! She learned that she was able to put her worries away in her worry box and move on with her day. The change that I noticed most in my daughter is the new CONFIDENCE she now has to be able to address important issues with her peer”
