Caitlin Krahn

Through her work and life experiences, Caitlin has come to deeply admire the courage it takes for people to ask for help. She is honoured to bear witness and offer support to clients of all ages in their healing journeys. Through the formation of meaningful relationships, Caitlin aims to provide a safe, non-judgemental environment that encourages curiosity, authenticity, and self-acceptance.

Caitlin looks forward to collaborating with clients to make meaningful use of their time in therapy. Her approach is holistic in nature, and grounded in person-centred & trauma informed care.  She will draw from attachment theory, mindfulness, narrative, and existential humanistic therapy, as well as incorporating creative and play-based techniques when helpful.

Caitlin is a student in the Masters of Education in Counselling Psychology program at the University of Manitoba.  She holds a Bachelor of Music Therapy, and is a student member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
