Caitlin Krahn

Through her work and life experiences, Caitlin has come to deeply admire the courage it takes for people to ask for help.  It is her great honour to witness and support her clients as they make sense of their own healing journey.

At this time, Caitlin is welcoming teenagers (16+), adults, and older adults (65+) as clients.  She has experience supporting individuals through grief, ADHD, autism, anxiety, compassion fatigue, medical concerns, and relationship challenges. Her lived experience as an adoptive/foster parent, and her background teaching Trauma Competent Caregiving, have led to a special interest in supporting individuals and families affected by adoption and foster care.  She brings a deep understanding of the complexity that can affect families in these situations.

Caitlin has completed a M.Ed. in Counselling Psychology from the University of Manitoba (June 2026). She is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and a professional member in good standing with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).

Caitlin looks forward to collaborating with clients to make meaningful use of their time in therapy.  Her approach is rooted in a person-centred framework, with trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and relational-cultural lenses. She aims to create strong connections with clients, and to foster a sense of felt safety in sessions, creating a space where people feel they can take a load off, and be truly seen and heard.
