Rachel Gebhardt

Rachel holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and is a  Qualifying Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Family Social Science with a specialisation in Child and Youth Development.

Rachel is passionate about meeting clients where they’re at, whether they are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, identity exploration, or relationship challenges. She understands that each individual’s healing journey is deeply personal and rooted in their unique story, and she approaches her work with warmth, non-judgment, and genuine curiosity.

Her counselling style is grounded in compassion and a deep respect for the inner wisdom each person carries. Rachel believes that clients are the true experts of their own lives and that therapy works best when it honours that truth. She works collaboratively with clients, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Her integrative approach allows her to tailor support to the needs and preferences of each person she works with.

Rachel views therapy as a space for connection, reflection, and transformation. She sees herself as a supportive guide, someone to walk alongside clients as they access their strengths, face their struggles, and move toward meaningful change.

Above all, Rachel is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to be themselves, to be heard, and to grow at their own pace.
