Chantal Pujo

Therapist; BA Psych, MCAP

Chantal holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and an Applied Counselling Certificate from the University of Manitoba. She is a member in good standing with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and is working toward becoming a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC).

With over 18 years of experience in community mental health, Chantal has supported teens and adults of all ages through a wide range of challenges and life transitions, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, stress, chronic illness, grief, and loss.

Chantal believes healing unfolds through connection, when individuals feel seen, heard, and safe enough to explore their lived experiences. She walks alongside clients to uncover their inner strengths, build resilience, and enhance well-being in a collaborative, personalized process that honours each client’s unique needs.

Her integrative, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including mindfulness-based practices, narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Chantal offers counselling in both English and French.
