Iyanu Elisha Olugbemiga

Iyanu is a master's candidate in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University with a  deep passion for helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges. He is dedicated to providing safe, empathetic, and effective therapeutic support. 

Iyanu specializes in supporting individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety & depression, stress, childhood trauma, relationship issues, low self esteem & confidence, life transitions, and more. 

Throughout sessions, Iyanu offers a compassionate, non-judgmental, and collaborative approach to therapy. You can expect a tailored treatment plan and evidence-based techniques, in a safe and supportive environment. 

When not in the therapy room, Iyanu enjoys spending time with family, watching  comedy, and reading non-fiction novels. He believes in the importance of self-care and strives to incorporate balance and mindfulness into his daily life.
