With 33 years of experience, Jo utilizes a holistic approach for adults of all ages and stages. She offers a compassionate listening presence and is dedicated to supporting and strengthening you in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health & well-being.
Jo’s practice is informed by a variety of therapeutic interventions including Mindfulness Self-Compassion (MSC), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with mindfulness (CBTm), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy ( DBT), Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP) Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
