Fundamentals of CCAAT

CA$800.00

Curious about how to incorporate animals into your work with clients? This is where you start.

The Fundamentals of CCAAT course introduces practitioners to CCAATA’s philosophy, principles, and ethics. We put safety first — for both the client and the animal assistant. We respect the human–animal bond, support the child’s attachment needs, and uphold the highest professional standards in this important work.

Our comprehensive Animal-Assisted Therapist certification program is centered on fostering healing, connection, and growth through the relationship between animals and children. This training is the first step toward certification through the Child-Centered Animal-Assisted Therapy Association, and we are proud to be the only facility in Manitoba offering this certification pathway.
