BEING US Summer Workshop 2025
The one-day BEING US Workshop is based on the lessons from our Lil’ Steps Wellness storybook, “The Duck Who Was Mean… Sometimes”.
This is the story of Walter the Duck, also referred to as “Mr. Mean Duck” on the farm. Walter is mean! Well, that’s how he comes across to the other animals. With the help of Wilbert the Pig, everyone soon discovers that Mr. Mean Duck isn’t so mean after all!
Along with an even greater focus on the therapeutic aspect of our Lil’ Summer Camps, your child will participate in activities with the animals on the farm to:
Understand underlying emotions like anger and sadness
Learn how to build friendships
Form deeper, lasting connections
Know how to constructively communicate feelings
CAMP DATES: July 11 and August 15, 2025
AGES: 6-14
